 We often neglect our hands and feet yet the way they look gives our inner secrets away. If nails are properly cared then it means that your body is looked after. Vitamin deficiencies show up as weak and splitting nails; insecurity appears as nail biting; stress can slow growth. Put your little efforts to look at them and take proper care.
Nails as any one will tell you, are the focal point of much eroticism. Massage a hand cream into your hands at least two times a week, and make sure you wear gloves when you're washing up or cleaning. And above all, keep your nails at a tolerable length - shall we say one that will allow you to dial from a finger.
TIPS FOR BEAUTIFUL NAILS:
- Remove your nail paint taking special care towards corners.
- Soak hands in warm soapy water with a pinch of salt.
- Massage cream gently into the cuticles.
- Clean your nails with a soft brush. And clean your hands with a pumice stone.
- Cut nails to desired length. Clean the dirt if any.
- Dip hands in fresh water containing antiseptic solution.
- Apply cream and massage and remove lose dead skin.
- Steam hands with a soft towel and relax.
- If skin is tight, apply pack and remove after 10 minutes.
- Apply a good nail colour on you nails.
